Baking Classes
(Scroll down for current class dates) Teaching is another expression of Foodolution’s love of food! Hands-on cookery classes are really enjoyable for everyone involved. I’m finding teaching them a pleasure and I’d be delighted to hear from you if you’re interested in hiring me for your venue, private or corporate event. You can ask for a demonstration or workshop to suit your group – like this WI group in Bristol did - they know how to bake cupcakes so I just sent recipes to be made in advance, then we got together for a decorating masterclass. See their pictures here! Perfect for hen parties too. Foodolution also offers interactive demonstrations to a bigger audience, such as cup-cake decorating at Gloucester’s Taste! Festival (see recipe used here). I have taught regular classes at The Bertinet Kitchen in Bath, Bordeaux Quay and Square Food Foundation in Bristol. These are currently in the diary:
The Great Dylife Bake Off Weekend – Hosted by Maya Bimson at Bron Y Llys 20th & 21st July 2013
