
The latest issue (April) has a fab feature on the Bertinets’ baking with their kids and lots of delicious Easter recipes…including the one for these.
If icing isn’t your thing, the shortbread is great as it is…there have been lots of recipes I’ve tried and this is the one that has evolved (‘best shortbread recipe’ is written in my notebook with ‘so far’ crossed out).
