Having the same beautiful scent of the more famous leaves, I’m intrigued by this latest find from a food-fumble in a local Indian store.
Apparently Ma-groot (its Thai name) is not normally chosen for its juice (except as a hair tonic), but for its zest, curry pastes being the obvious use. I haven’t decided what to do with it yet…maybe I’ll just keep it on my desk for a while and inhale deeply from its skin!
