Christmas Cake…plain and simple (and good)!
As well as making cupcakes (see previous post), I’ll be decorating Christmas cakes with royal icing and handmade holly for the Bertinet Kitchen. They’re taking orders by phone (01225 445531) or at the Kitchen (12, St Andrews Terrace, Bath, BA1 2QR). They’re open on Saturday mornings until Christmas for lovely bread and other baked goodies too.
